RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase made on www.milanodistillery.com , without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

The right of withdrawal is valid exclusively for intact products, not opened or used, kept in the original packaging and in perfect condition.
It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on products opened or damaged by the customer.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send a communication via email to:
info@milanodistillery.com,
indicating the order number, the products you wish to return and your personal details.

Once the request has been approved, the customer must return the products, at his/her own expense, within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal communication.
Milano Distillery will refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, after checking the integrity of the product. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

In the event that the customer receives an incorrect, damaged or non-compliant product, he/she is required to report it within 48 hours of delivery, writing to info@milanodistillery.com and attaching a photo of the product and the packaging.

In such cases, Milano Distillery will provide — at its own expense — the replacement of the product or a full refund, according to the customer's preferences.
