SHIPPING POLICY

Preparation times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will be processed starting from the first available working day.

Shipping times and costs

Shipping is via selected express couriers, with estimated delivery in:

Italy: 1–3 working days

European Union: 3–5 working days

Other European or non-EU countries: 5–10 working days (where applicable)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

Free shipping in Italy for orders over €X (insert desired threshold, e.g. €69).

Traceability

Upon shipment, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the delivery status in real time.

Important Notes

Milano Distillery is not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier or to causes of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc.).

It is recommended to check the integrity of the package upon delivery and to immediately report any damage or anomalies to the courier, accepting with reservation of control.

For shipments outside the EU, any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
